Cuban doctors attend to Brazil's underserved
The 400 Cuban doctors are part of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's "More Doctors" program joined, by several hundred physicians from Uruguay, Argentina, Spain, and Portugal and 1096 from Brazil itself.
