Across Ohio, thousands protest Kasich slash-and-burn plan
More than 10,000 Ohioans held angry protests Tuesday in dreary cold rain in 18 cities and towns throughout the state against Republican Gov. John Kasich's extremist, slash-and-burn budget proposals.
