Florida minimum wage under attack
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Backers of Florida’s new higher minimum wage have criticized a bill that deals with the increase, saying it would water down the measure by creating loopholes for employers.

Then they close the plant or are bought up. Workers lose their jobs and the retirees take it in the neck. Their pensions are reduced and they lose their health care.
